1）Control System

The control system controls the operation of the entire equipment, including power and control of the optical system components, the cooling system, and control and indication of the alarm system.

2）Computer control system

The computer control system includes a computer, a D/A conversion interface circuit, and a marking control software.

Our company's self-developed marking control software uses WINDOWS98 as the operating platform.，Compatible with AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP, CAXA and other software output files, can be used for battery cleaning, barcode, QR code, graphic text and other marking, support PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP and other file formats, directly use SHX, TTF font, can automatically encode, print serial number, batch number, date and so on.

3）Optical system

The optical system includes components such as a laser, a beam expander, a galvanometer scanning system, and a focusing lens.

4）Cooling system

The laser cleaning system cooling system uses a simple air cooling method, and the cooling system ensures long-term and stable operation of the optical system.

4、Working environment requirements

➢      The ambient temperature is required to be between 15-30 ° C and air conditioning is required.

➢      Humidity requirements are 40%-80%. No condensation, a dehumidifier should be installed.

➢      Power supply grid fluctuation: ± 5%, the grid ground wire meets international requirements. For areas with a voltage amplitude of 5% or more, electronic automatic voltage regulation and current stabilization devices should be installed.

➢      There should be no strong electromagnetic interference near the installation equipment. Avoid radio transmitting stations (or relay stations) around the installation site.

➢      Ground amplitude: less than 50um; vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g. Avoid a lot of machine tools such as stamping in the vicinity. Equipment space requirements must be smoke-free and dust-free, avoiding dusty working environments such as metal polishing and grinding.

➢      The water quality of working cooling circulating water is strictly required. Purified water, deionized water or distilled water is required. Water quality such as tap water or mineral water containing high metal ions or other minerals cannot be used.
