this grinder using high power built-in generator, config sand tile chuck at the axis end, driving by motor directly. the grinding head is feeding vertically and the electromagnetism chuck rotate on the bed saddle, and the bed saddle moving horizontally. this grinder is a very high power, high efficiency grinder, main application at rough and precise the surface of component, as its high precision and easy operation, suitable for machining mass production of middle or small component.

1, grinding head: spindle is together with the motor armature, working stable because of processed dynamic balance, with high precision rolling bearing assembly.

2, chuck table: with electromagnetism chuck table or customized.

3, pillar: pillar and the main body is connected by 3 adjustable supportive screw, if we incline the grinding head by changing the vertical range of main spindle and the worktable, it will be more efficiency.

4, safety: grinder standard GB15760 and JB5029-88.
