Introduction of Plasma

Plasma is a state of existence of matter. Usually matter exists in three states: solid, liquid, and gas, but in some special cases, there is a fourth state, such as the matter in the ionosphere of the earth's atmosphere. Through low-temperature plasma surface treatment, various physical and chemical changes occur on the surface of the material, or etching and roughening, or the formation of a dense cross-linked layer, or the introduction of oxygen-containing polar groups to make hydrophilic and adhesive properties. , dyeability, biocompatibility and electrical properties were improved. The surface of the material is treated under suitable process conditions, so that the surface morphology of the material has changed significantly, and a variety of oxygen-containing groups have been introduced to make the surface change from non-polar, difficult to stick to a certain polarity, easy to stick and hydrophilic. It is good for bonding, coating and printing.
