3. Machine structure and main parts .
MD810 is mainly composed of the following parts: machine frame, storage tank, metering system, mixing system (double liquid valve), cleaning system, three-coordinate linear mechanical arm, conveying line body, control system, etc
3.1 Machine frame: adopt sheet metal welding frame structure to provide support and fundamental for the whole equipment
3.2 Storage tanks：storage tanks are equipped with agitator, vacuum suction, vacuum defoaming , high/low/top liquid level sensors, and the bottom of the tank is equipped with ball valve, constant temperature heating, temperature sensor, filtration and other auxiliary devices. The main features are as follows:

1) Adopt stainless steel plate vacuum pressure barrel, which can bear the vacuum negative pressure inside the rubber barrel;
2）Electric agitator can prevent the glue from settling into layers and make the temperature of glue in tanks more even.
3）The tanks with high and low level sensors, when glue is used lower than the set level, it will automatically alarm to remind add glue .
4）Tanks are equipped with vacuum debubbling function (the debubbling time can be set on the touch screen), and the vacuum negative pressure can be used to automatically apply potting material. Before potting , the relevant air release valves will automatically close, and the related valves will automatically open/relieve pressure after potting .
5）Tanks are equipped with pressure relief ball valve, the bottom of A tank is reserved for backflow interface and interception shutoff ball valve.
6）Artificial feeding mouth is reserved for tank for manual feeding easily .
7）Tanks can be used for constant temperature heating .
4.Metering system
The key component of MD810 metering system is the high precision plunger pumps .The appearance and principle of our metering pumps are shown in the figure.
It has the following characteristics:
1) The volumetric measurement system, with high metering accuracy (±2%), is appropriate to the ratio of two-component materials with medium and low viscosity;
2) It can achieve continuous glue potting, and the amount of glue can be converted from 1g/s to 16g/s in a wide range;

4) Through the selection and combination of different metering pumps, variable ratio requirements of 1:1~10:1 can be realized;

5. Mixing system (double-fluid valve)
The core part of MD810 equipment mixing system is the double liquid valve. AB fluid is transported to the mixing part of the glue through metering pump (double liquid valve), and mixed in the mixing tube below the double liquid valve. The on-line mixing ratio means that mixing is done immediately. The main characteristics of double - fluid valve are as follows:

1)Mixing motor drives the mixing tube through double-fluid valve out of fluids, then themselves layer down to the plastic head, thus evenly mixed fluids, this process is completely sealed, and double leaf valve/mixing tube is filled with glue, without air bubbles, mixing process by double leaf switch valve cylinder glue closure back to suck, stop when the glue is not dripping;
2)     The maximum speed of the stirring motor can reach 3000 RPM (adjustable), which can be fully stirred evenly;

7. Control system
Adopt PLC, touch screen control, and configure teaching programming system. The control system has the following characteristics:
1) The glue output is controlled by the speed of the motor to achieve the required amount of glue. The output speed is adjusted at will within the range;
2) Adjustable synchronous adhesive adjustment makes A/B glue flow out of the mixing valve at the same time to get a better mixing effect;
3) The device is equipped with anti-gel timer, vacuum defoaming, etc., anti-curing time and defoaming time can be set.
4) Single and continuous gluing functions can be set to meet different process requirements;
5) The whole control is controlled by Panasonic PLC, MGCS touch screen control device function, reserved communication interface, equipment operation state and setting parameters can be grabbed by a third party device;
6) Configure security interlock procedures to prevent misoperation by employees.
